God wants to make sure you will be faithful over the small, tiny victories before He showers you with His larger blessings.  Always be more concerned about the purpose behind what you're doing.  When your heart is right, God will increase your reach.

Luke 16:10, "If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities."
